The Star Riding & Touring Association
Family club for people who love their Star class motorcycles. It is not a political organisation but runs along similar lines to HOG but is for Yamaha Star Class Motorcycles. Its mission statement is dedicated to the positive values of motorcycling, motorcycle safety and educating young people, the next generation in the positive aspects of motorcycling and it encourages safety training and positive behaviour. It also raises a lot of money for its adopted charity of Feed The Children. It is a very well run club and was set up through and heavily supported by Yamaha USA. It has 170 chapters throughout the USA, and now I have been tasked with developing the first chapter in England as part of the International branch of the club. Yes it sports a back patch but it is no way making a political statement. Men & women have equal status within the organisation and also Star Kidz and Star Teens are part of the organisation as well. It is a family club first, what Iım trying to do is recruit new members to join aand who ride Star Class motorcycles, i.e. Warriors, Wildstars, Ventures, Royal Stars, Drag Stars, men & women.
